Inventories

Inventories of consumables.

Fields:

• Name: The name of the inventory, describing its contents or purpose (required).
• Authenticated groups: Please assign one or more groups to the inventory. Assigned groups will have change permissions to the inventory. You can continue to assign permissions on the "Manage permissions" page of the created inventory (required).
• Description: A text description of the inventory.
• Public access: Determines if the inventory is publicly available or accessible only through the private portal.

Permissions

Inventories have four permission levels: membership (read access), change permissions, managers, and owners. You manage permissions through the management tab, where you can assign individual users and groups access levels to an inventory. Consumable stocks also inherit permissions from inventories. Inventory API Access

The API allows for programmable access to inventories, enabling you to read, edit, and delete inventories through the API. For details about the inventory's fields and data structure, refer to the documentation.
